Our fresh take on a Sangiovese. And a tiny batch at that.
‘Nouveau’-  meaning ‘New’. A fresh, easy drinking, fruit forward, light dry red. 
Fermented in whole berries to get something a little different from the variety & bring all that juicy dark berry flavour to a whole other level. Making for some really delicious drinking.
 
Unoaked with a silky finish.
 
Alcohol 13.5%
