Prosecco 2022- King Valley

So far, we’ve put our hands to three styles of Prosecco, all bringing something a little different to the table. This vintage, we decided it was time to take on a modern classic. 
 
It’s the easy-to-drink kind, that’s fresh, clean, vibrant and above all, just a delicious & pure example of the fruit we’ve been growing here since 2007. 
 
It’s a fresher approach to the more complex styles of our Prosecco Col fondo & Brut, but still crafted with the free-run (unpressed) juice, meaning less bitterness from the skins and more of that delicate fruit flavour that the Prosecco grape is known for.
