Pinot Grigio 2022

After discovering his love for Pinot Grigio in the cool climate of Northern Italy (and seemingly everywhere on tap), Dino decided it was a good idea to jump in and plant the variety back here in the early 90’s. Italian varietals weren’t really on the radar in the King Valley then, and Pinot Grigio was only a new and upcoming variety in Australia. Now after a few decades of growing the fruit, we thought it was about time to see what we could do with it ourselves. We’ve had the big nod from Dino and we think it’s safe to say that we’ve done the it justice in the bottle. 
 
Like our other whites, the aromatics & flavours are really noticeable. It's dry, drinkable and light, yet nothing is watered down and still holds plenty of character. Think crisp nashi pear, citrus & all crunchy natural acidity. If you're a fan of our Albarino & Gewurztraminer, you've got to give it a go!
