How it works

  •  To sign up to the KINSHIP, log into your account- go to the wine club 'join' tab or clickhere. Chose your club type (either Take Your Pick or Winemakers Mix), choose your either 6 or 12 bottles & select your wines if applicable, fill out your details on the following page, click complete & voila! Congratulations you're now part of our kinship!
  • When going through the process above, you'll have the option to have one of your deliveries right now or wait for our club run in May or November.
  • You’ll receive both a confirmation email & our ‘Welcome to the KINSHIP’ email with how it works & what we need from you; alternatively, you can find much of the information you need here on this page. 
  • Before the next KINSHIP club run, you’ll receive an email around 2-3 weeks before we expect to despatch. In this email, we’ll let you know the expected date we’ll ship your wines, remind you to make your wine selection (if you’ve chosen the ‘Take Your Pick ‘ tier) & ask you to double check & update your delivery address & payment details; which can all be done in 'Your Portal' when logged into your account.
  • Once the cut-off date for selecting wines arrives, your wine choices you last made with us will be locked on your portal, which means we’re already underway with packing and despatching your wines. 
  • Once your wines are on their way, you’ll receive an email with tracking. Then it won’t be long ‘til they’re in your hot little hands! 

Can I have my order sooner? 

How to I make orders outside the wine club runs?  

Simpy sign in to your account, add your chosen wines to your cart & our system will automatically detect your membership and your discount will appear at checkout. Delivery is free on 6+ bottles for our Kinship members. 

When will my wine club order be delivered? 

We’ll email you between 2-3 weeks before we expect to despatch our club wines, then you'll receive an email with tracking once they're underway.

Who do you deliver through? 

Our courier of choice is Aramex. At this stage, we aren’t able to deliver to P.O Boxes. 

What happens if I forget to choose my wines next time? If you’ve chosen the Take Your Pick club, we’ll get in touch with you up to twice via email and/or phone to remind you to pick your favourites, otherwise we’ll ship your last selection you made with us or a similar alternative if we've run out of stock. To learn how to choose your wines in the wine club portal, please see the How To's below.

Wanting to delay order?Sure thing, just email or call and wait for us to confirm a new delivery date.

How to login: 

How to log in for the first time: 

1.         Click on ‘login’ on the top right-hand side of the website

2.         Select request a new password and enter your email address (that is associated with your membership)

3.         You will receive an email with a 'Reset Password Link'

4.         Please follow the instructions to set your password and login.

5.         We have added most of your details, but we highly recommend that you go to your portal and double-check that it is correct. 


 How to update your wine selection if part of  ‘Take your pick’ :

1.         Click on ‘login’ on the top right-hand side of the website

2.         Enter your email address (that is associated with your membership)

3.         Enter your password and click login

4.         Once logged in, go to ‘My Portal’ at the top right-hand side

5.         In ‘My Portal’ you can update your personal details, payment details, wine club, view past purchases and amend your communication preferences. (IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: The personal and payment details sections are for online purchases only. To update your club, you need to use the ‘Wine Club’ section, including shipping address and payment details.)

6.         Click on the ‘Wine Club’ menu on left-hand side to display your club, then click view, then click update.

7.         Here you can edit your delivery address, credit card and wine selection. 

8.         Once completed, click save.’

9.         Please note, once selection date cut off, ability to select wines will be locked and wines will be on their way. 


 How to request a skip after your second delivery: 

1.         Once logged in, click > My Portal > go to the Wine Club left hand side menu.

2.         Click 'View' to see your membership details, click skip and complete the form.


Step 1 -Set your password first : https://www.yourdomain/password/request

Step 2- Clicking on this forgot password

link will ask you to enter your email address. This will send you another email

that allows you to create your own password and will also log you in.

Step 3 -Navigate to your portal where all

your account information is held.

Step 4- If you have an active club you

will see those details on your dashboard via 'My Portal'. You can

edit from there to update your address, credit card or wine club selection andbottles.

Step 5- Or choose Wine Club in the left

menu, click on the ‘view’ to see the club details. If you have more than one

club choose the one you want to edit.

Step 6 -Click on the 'edit details tab'

to change your pack selection. From this page, you can also change your

club delivery address, credit card and wine selection.

Step 7 - If you’re updating your wine

selection, click the green button at the bottom of the page to confirm the pack.

Step 8- Click on the next green ‘Save

Button’ at the bottom of the page to confirm changes to wines, addresses and

credit cards. This will take you back to your portal and give you a

confirmation message that you have updated your club.

Step 9- If you want to update any other

items outside of your club including a saved credit card or address for orders

outside the club pack, you can do this in the Personal Details section of your


Step 10 - If you want to add a second club

pack to your profile - use the website menu to join again and follow the

prompts. You can have your second club delivered to a different address and use

a different credit card.
